If you don't choose your location option than We use our judgment to engrave on the item where it is possible and the best fit. You may specify location for engraving in Engraving Location Box. There is no refund for engraved items. It takes 3-5 business days to process your order. Please don't select next day, 2nd day and  three day select shipping methods if you choose to engrave your item.
